B.A.R. is a meeting place for friends, colleagues & new acquaintances – a timeless bistro setting that adapts its menu & ingredients to the season. With a strong focus on fish, shellfish & the sea grill we create a place where gastronomy, experience and personal service are at the centre. A central watering hole for anyone who appreciates well-made food, a relaxed atmosphere and a close-knit feel.
The market hall
The heart of B.A.R. is the market hall, where the day's ingredients are delivered every morning. Here fresh fish, shellfish and meat come together – carefully selected for quality and season. Most of our fish and shellfish come straight from the fish auctions in Smögen and Stockholm, from the sea to our market hall and on to the plate.

The visit begins in our market hall, where the day's selection of fresh fish, shellfish and meat is on display. Choose your ingredient, which is then cooked straight on the grill.
Sides
Back at the table it is time to build your plate – combine your ingredient with seasonal vegetables, sauces and sides.
